I just fired up the latest SmartOS release and I'm seeing this on the console:
[ID 691482 kern.warning] WARNING: /pci@0,0/pci15d9,f280~1a,8 (ehci0): Connecting device on port 5 failed Note: This is on a box that was running a version of SmartOS from Dec 2013 and didn't have any warnings or issues Is this a usb port? I'm not seeing any problems with my hardware, so it doesn't seem critical.
