I want to try a Linux KVM that will be tested as a software build host.
It will have bursty load, so I'm happy to give it all the processing
resources (20 physical cores) available on the host.
Is it best to just give it 40 VCPUs, or some other combination of VCPUs
and cores via qemu options?
