The QEMU dhcp bits that we wrote are based on the ones that we added to
QEMU. If someone went through and added support for the domainname to
our QEMU dhcp bits, then we'd be happy to plumb it through in vmadm and
make it option. Otherwise, there is no 'qemu_extra_opts' you can use for
this purpose.
