Yeah well there’s no way we’d start pulling coreutils just for this little 
annoying issue.

However, it’s not even the case here. I thought I understood what the problem 
was (forcing chown/chgrp in an unprivileged chroot building sandbox), but it’s 
actually not. I can’t seem to reproduce the problem at all no matter what - 
outside the *real* pbulk building rig. Also, sendmail is not failing the same 
way in the available NetBSD pbulk build. So I’m probably missing a piece of the 
puzzle. I’ll keep looking.
