I honestly don't even know if 5-way mirroring is supported, but given
your use case, there's no reason to do it.  Just do 5x2-way with 2
spares and call it done.  You should be overspecified for the
performance you need, and you'll have extra capacity as well.  3x3
doesn't get you to your 15 TB requirement.
