Installing packages in the GZ is not supported, lots of things will
break, such as what you're seeing above where the cyrus-sasl package
will not install correctly because the prerequisite user cannot be
created.

If you really must do this then you should be able to get it working
by pre-creating all of the users that the pkgsrc packages expect as
per the wiki page you are following, but it's not recommended and you
will need to handle any cleanup yourself.
