That makes sense now, as windows was detecting a DHCP server and erroring
out when I was trying to install windows dhcp.  I didn't have any other
dhcp on my LAN.  Was driving me crazy. :)

Isn't this only for external traffic?  Anything on the LAN would normally
be OK wouldn't it?
