Thanks. I know those illumos-based variations. Even SmartOS is designed mainly for virtualization prupose, the naming service(NIS/LDAP) is not contradictive to this goal at all. I totally understand minimalism and purism. This is why I prefer "all-on-one"(virtualization + file service + computing) for SMB. Thanks.
