Hi Jing,
iptables does not work in lx branded zones, it probably never will.
You have to use the 'native' firewall instead, the command to use it is
ipf.
(I'm on mobile so sorry for being very terse)

Hi All
Recently, I meet a issue in SmartOS(build: 20160121T174331Z) lx branded
zone(UUID d5b3865c-0804-11e5-be21-dbc4ce844ddc) command iptable, this
lx branded zone is CentOS 6.6. I want to build a firewall in it but I
can not succeed.
Then I use the command
#iptables -F
iptables v1.4.7: can't initialize iptables table `filter': Table does
not exist (do you need to insmod?)
Perhaps iptables or your kernel needs to be upgraded.
# lsmod | grep ip_tables
There is no output of this command.
I suspect lx branded zone doesn't have some modules that are used for
iptables. Is there any way for me to build a firewall in it? Thanks
very much.
Thanks
Jing
