Setup the serial console at installation time.


Or after installation by:
- editing the tty00 entry in /etc/ttys to match:
tty00   "/usr/libexec/getty std.9600"   vt220    on secure
- creating|editing /etc/boot.conf as follow:
stty com0 9600
set tty com0
