Hi,

you have few options:

1) connect servers directly via crossover cable. For this you will need to 
check if you have a correct cable. Also, newer nics should handle this iirc.

2) ask your provider to configure switch port. 

I'd ask my provider to do it for me as that's the less hassle for you.
