If you are not building SmartOS platform images, you can ignore this
mail.
I just put back the following changes:
OS-5403 fix time zone database shipping inconsistencies
OS-5404 platform build should check that time zone database is
shipped in full
The latter (OS-5404) is a change to "smartos-live.git" which should
cause the live image build to fail if we are not correctly shipping the
time zone database. The fix for OS-5403, in "illumos-joyent.git",
resolves the current set of inconsistencies that the new "tzcheck" tool
is able to detect.
If you pull from "smartos-live.git", you will want to make sure you also
update your copy of "illumos-joyent.git".
