Yes, it would work in this way. The situation is that the iSCSI service is 
available only on admin network (for security consideration) in our setting, 
and can be accessed only from GZ.

wouldnt it be easier to just mount the iscsi disk directly from within the 
guest for this? assuming your guest has an iscsi initiator.
