CPU affinity isn't possible on LX brand zones. It is possible on SmartOS
zones, but it doesn't result in the behavior that most developers would
want. Someone else please chime in if I am incorrect, but what happens is
that you have pinned to a single CPU but that CPU may not be scheduled for
work and you end up waiting for the scheduler to give that CPU its fair
share. It is far better to trust the scheduler. It is for this reason why
it is important to disable CPU affinity and pinning in the JVM's GC
settings when running in SmartOS zones.
