Hi,
Anyone knows a good process for getting Sensu client running in
SmartOS zones?
I've tried converting the offical Sensu SRV4 package for Solaris 10
to a pkgsrc package (perkin guide below). But there are lots of
hard-coded paths to /opt/sensu instead of /opt/local/sensu.
I could go through the hassle of doing a full sed round and replacing
all. But I wanted to check if there are something else available out
there?

converted using:

Hi,
There's some links available, all showing how to deploy using ruby gems:
http://www.smllr.nl/2014/12/26/adding-clients-to-sensu/
http://www.smllr.nl/2014/12/24/setting-up-sensu-on-smartos/
There's also Ansible Playbook that deals with getting Sensu
Server/Client running on SmartOS:
https://github.com/sensu/sensu-ansible/
FYI: I have been setting up Sensu for few hours now on SmartOS (Sensu
Server & Clients, RabbitMQ, Redis all in native Zones) but I seem to be
hitting some Ruby errors upon startup with the server, don't know if the
same applies to the client as I'm not there yet.
