I can stop all morays, restart sapi an everything is ok again. After
starting the morays again, it takes some time and sapi goes down with
the same error again.
What can I do?

This is the same issue that I hit with triton-dehydrated and it was
resolved on sdc-discuss with instructions from Trent Mick.

Basically what you'd need to do is:
# cd /sapi
# mkdir tmp
# mv sapi_* tmp/
# svcadm clear sapi
ps. sdc-discuss would be more appropriate mailing list for this, must
