a good way of handling HA on Triton is to use replication functionality
provided by particular application instead of relying on VMware type of
functionality when node dies,
which in most cases really isn't "HA" (it's Failover) because the VM
needs to be brought up elsewhere after the node suddenly dies.
ie. if you are running a email server for example using Postfix you
could use Dovecot's dsync feature to replicate the actual email between
multiple instances:
