The majority decided for the fourth place which came a bit late in the game. :) The LinuxHotel in Essen-Horst germany. They have a really excellent offer for community events. A location that is normally used for a business price is available for low-cost. I asked LinuxHotel and they are able to provide us with space and other services if needed. The room offers space for 20 people. The current list in the wiki lists 14 people which gives us 6 more free seats. (I think we could go up to 22 or 23 if needed, but if it is to crowded it's also bad). For acomandation they are as flexible as it gets. You can sleep in your sleeping bag in the seminar room or in a tent for now cost or a hotel room for 15 Eur per person per night. For this hotel room I would need a list of people ASAP as they have other guests this weekend and can offer us up to 21 beds right now, but it can go down pretty fast. So, if you like to have such bed let me know ASAP. They also offer other services like food, etc, which you can find on the websites. We don't need to use them, but we can. I would like to gather some opinions on this.
