Recamping bug occured

for other reasons i enabled logging to file in frameworkd and see now a  
lot of these lines (approx every 30secs):

ogsmd    WARNING  Recamping bug occured, but TI Calypso is still out of  
deep sleep mode

what is it supposed to mean?
