Well, there are different dbus interfaces. So one could put them in
different group (powerdev, dialout, plugdev, netdev...) but that’s
overkill.

Maybe a default-to-all is just fine, and documenting that one should
replace “context="default"” with “user="me"” if one wants to lock it
down.
