I don't know, patent office perhaps is french, we could contact it.
Anyway i didn't find a suitable contact in fsf.org for these kind of
things, is it enough to send a mail to a generic address? I don't want
to bother them...

I'm looking forward to be able to push my implementation, it would be
a shame that i am the only one that can use it on Linux/Freerunner.
