Sorry for the late answer. Works perfectly! ;-) A little proposal/improvement: because mailRoutingAddress is totally optional, i think that in -usermod a little check can be added, eg if at the end '@userMailTo' is empty (because you use '-T ""', or because you use the ''minus'' form and subtract from current forward address list), remove the mailRoutingAddress object.
