Hello, is it possible to have smbldap-passwd create only the NT hash and not
the very insecure LM HASH? I'm running SAMBA 3.6.9-151 and
smbldap-tools-0.9.6-3.el6.noarch on Red Hat 6.
I've added the following to my smb.conf but the problem persists.
lanman auth = no
lm announce = no
min protocol = NT1
Right now I'm using LDAP ACL's to prevent this attribute from being seen.
