is done - and nothing is written to the logs .

But I can't enable it - generally whole svcadm command doesn't make any
changes :)
So I can't make those offline services online ...
I tried enable rpc/bind and all of them one by one...

Of course both processes are running

-bash-3.00# ps -ef | grep svc
    root 7 1 0 Nov 21 ? 73:27 /lib/svc/bin/svc.startd
    root 9 1 0 Nov 21 ? 9:05 /lib/svc/bin/svc.configd

I tried to refresh their configs etc. and it didn't help.

It seems to me - like whole svc system is corrupted
but on the other hand managing services by /lib/svc/method/... works.
for example:
/lib/svc/method/ipfilter restart
works :>
