I'm seeing this error from svccfg delete: svccfg: Expected property external of property group svc:/application/scn/ajaxterm/:properties/ajaxterm-filesystem is missing.
I'm not asking for any deep research at this time, because I haven't done my end yet... but if this rings a bell, I'd appreciate whatever information you might have.
