Dave Powell originally posted some DTD updates for Templates Extensions as part of the Visual Panels project. Tom Whitten and I have been thinking a more about the details of that proposal, and have an updated design document for review.
There are a few issues left to resolve, so we'll definitely send an updated document to this alias later, but now's the best chance to participate before the coding is completed.
