[smf-discuss] svc:/network/rpc/cde-ttdbserver:tcp online but rpc.ttdbserverd not running

I'm not sure how relevant this might be, but as part of
        CR 6539128 generic_limited_net.xml should be reconciled
                with generic_open.xml, inetd_generic.xml
I discovered that the generic_limit_net.xml profile (used by default)
has cde-ttdbserver disabled.
