The manifests (well, the templates thereof) are at: http://fisheye5.cenqua.com/browse/glassfish/admin/templates/pe80/Domain-service-smf.xml.template?r=1.6 There is a bug: https://glassfish.dev.java.net/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=695 that can be worked around by changing the semantics of the stop method (don't use asadmin stop-domain).
