Having entirely forgotten how svcprop -c / -C interact with which snapshot to
use, I found the svcprop manpage a little unhelpful. In particular, whilst it
does document that the 'running' snapshot is used by default, it's perhaps
non-obvious that the way to get the current properties (no snapshot) is by
specifying one of these options. I would suggest that some text after

"The -w and -s options can be used to change the source of properties."

to clarify that -c / -C can also change the source, and describe exactly its
effect.

(On another note, I couldn't find documentation on what happens with
composition when both the instance and the service have a property value. Did I
miss it somewhere?)

thanks,
john
