No, I'm afraid I don't know how long it's been failing. It's not an SMF test case - it's an idmap test case. I asked about the failures and was told "yeah, we know, it's been failing for a while, the feature works, we haven't bothered to track down the problem in the test case". Since I just hate test suite failures, I spent the time to track it down, and here we are.
