I imagine it's always possible to open cases, it's just a matter of how
much should be redacted. Since there isn't an entry in the request
tracking table
(http://opensolaris.org/os/community/arc/arc-faq/arc-publish-historical-checklist/table),
I presume either no one has requested it be opened or no requests have
been approved. Anyway, I agree that it would be useful to the
OpenSolaris community to open the case. According to
http://opensolaris.org/os/community/arc/arc-faq/arc-publish-historical-checklist/
it should be added to the table within 48 hours of your request, which
is about 2PM Pacific time, by my reckoning.

It seems that arc-discuss was intended for such discussions. Do you
think a new list is called for?
