Hi, It's been a while since I've released anything about templates. We greatly appreciate the previous comments submitted by reviewers oh so long ago.
So, it's time again to ask for a review here before going to the ARC. Thus, I've reworked the previous design document into a format more suitable for ARCing, and containing many more details about the important stuff like command behaviour and library interfaces.
