Is there a mechanism to alias one FMRI to another? Suppose I need to change my service name for some reason, after it has been exposed to customers. Perhaps the product name changed, or perhaps it was just wrong in some way. What I'd like to do is to have newer versions of the service use a corrected FMRI, but arrange that any references to the old FMRI still work, at least for a transition period.
Any thoughts?
