I'm planning on replacing /etc/init.d/acctadm by a transient smf(5)
service. The replacement will make persistently enabling Extended
Accounting as simple as 'acctadm -E basic process', as opposed to the
current cumbersome two step process (enable using acctadm(1M) *and*
create a link to /etc/init.d/acctadm in /etc/rc2.d [1]). Would someone
here be willing to sponsor the ARC case for me?

Since this will replace the configuration in /etc/acctadm.conf by
properties in the repository, I would like to migrate an existing
configuration on upgrade using the /var/svc/profile/upgrade file, for
which I need an ARC contract. What do I need to do to get such a contract?

Thanks,

Menno

[1] and have your accounting file clobbered on reboot...
