I'm a strong believer in the power of SMF, but its not any easy thing to wrap your head around completely. Many of us so-called "guru's" only exploit the smallest fraction of SMF's power.
I'm currently overhauling the Joyent internal documentation on SMF and want to sync that research time into the SMF Docs project. Based on a Mecurial pull the last update was the initial import on the 6th of April. Are there any uncommited changes? I'd like to start contributing but want to make sure there isn't any duplication. I'll be syncing my Joyent internal docs to Genunix's wiki shortly (couple gaps yet to fill in). Then I'll start seeing how best to form it into the structure of the existing doc. I've also been wanting to do several screencasts and I think SMF is a great candidate for that format. benr.
