I am creating a instance using scf_service_add_instance does not create general and restarter property groups by default. If i import the xml file into the repository using svccfg command, general and restarter property groups are getting created.
Is there a way to create general and restarter property groups by default or these needs to be created by using libscf api's. TIA Srinivas
