network/initial also does static and dynamic routing is NWAM covering that ?

It also sets up the TCP_ISS value, where is that going to be done ?

I'm not sure removing milestone/network is wise.  Particularly given 
that a non trivial amount of services depend on it.  I think it is quite 
likely that a lot of non Sun services depend on it too.

I'm not quite sure how all the SMF printing services fit together
but it appears to me that this is in no way related to networking
and should be on.  However please check with the printing community.


The rest of the proposal looks okay to me just now.
