Got it. I think (though haven't checked yet) there are bugs filed for getting the classaction, manifest packaging info into the Application Packaging guide, as well as the manpages. But, I'll take a first cut by adding that info into the updated document I promised here. Once the information is drafted, it'll be easier to decide on which parts belong in which location. Thanks!
