 It does seem like they are using a very big hammer in this case.

 The useful thing to do might be to locate someone in SC marketing to
_confirm_ that SC is superior to Oracle RAC in that way and that they
don't actually win anything by doing this. -- They may fit into a
slightly different niche than SC, in which case what they do could fit
their requirements better. And then start explaining this to potential
customers.

 However let's please not start re-designing Oracle RAC on
smf-discuss.

 In fact, this discussion can really move to boot-arch as smf really
has nothing to do with anything that's going wrong on these systems.
