Has anyone out there seen the (vertex->gv_flags & GV_CONFIGURED) assertion in
usr/src/cmd/svc/startd/graph.c blow? The assertion occured after an x64
install-reboot cycle. To be clear this has only taken place once in about 500
installs. I have attached a screen shot for further illustration.
