[smf-discuss] critical event set

Thanks for the suggestions. We did ctrun to separate the contracts out. I 
wanted to know if there is something more elegant from a parent SMF service 
definition that can do this. 
It seems the default critical event set is set only on processes started by 
SMF, anything from a shell has none and it is propagated further down.
