[smf-discuss] svc required files for custom boot archive

Ok, after running truss(1) on the wild svc.confd, I found that I was missing 
some files, namely nss_files.so.1, as well as some stuff under /etc/security.  
svc.startd appears to be behaving much better now.  Thanks for the help.
