Here are my thoughts, see if you agree, The graph displays three vital information:
Colors: The colors (green, blue, red etc) indicate the amount of lost packets. Position of colored line: Indicate where the median line is i.e. if you arrange each of your packet times in order and take the middle value but I suppose you already know the def for median ;-) Grey areas: Indicate the distribution of the response/latency times. Hence the less peaked the grey areas indicates a smaller distribution around the average.
