[smokeping-users] Alert problem

I have set alert threshholds.

And if the threshhold was triggered,smokeping began to do nothing with the rrd 
graph.

what can I do£¿

what can I do to set smokeping config file to let it send mail and make sound 
alert when threshold was triggered?

Is there any effective config file example?
