All, I am trying to get the CiscoRTTMonEchoICMP probe running, and I just want to verify that my config files are setup correctly. It is not working at the moment (I'm getting empty graphs), but I'm waiting to hear from the network engineer on whether or not he correctly enabled RW access for the server, and I figured that I'd have someone double-check what I have.
Can someone let me know if they see any problems with my configuration below?
[...] *** Probes *** + FPing binary = /usr/local/sbin/fping + CiscoRTTMonEchoICMP forks = 5 offset = 50% step = 300 timeout = 15 ioshost = [EMAIL PROTECTED] # mandatory iosint = 10.X.X.X packetsize = 56 pings = 5 *** Targets *** @include /usr/local/smokeping/etc/ciscortt.cfg [...]
Then within the ciscortt.cfg file <ciscortt.cfg> + DeviceGroupTitle menu = GroupName Devices title = GroupName Devices probe = CiscoRTTMonEchoICMP # if this should be the default probe ++ pingedrouter menu = pingedrouter1 title = Statistics for pingedrouter1 host = 10.X.X.X </ciscorttconfig.cfg> Thoughts? -Dan -- Unsubscribe mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Help mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Archive http://lists.ee.ethz.ch/smokeping-users WebAdmin http://lists.ee.ethz.ch/lsg2.cgi
