Probably a silly question, but... Is your SmokePing installation in the stated location - i.e., /opt/smokeping ? /opt/smokeping/bin/smokeping_cgi /opt/smokeping/etc/config If not, you need to change the file to point to where your installation is located... Since my SmokePing is in /export/appl/smokeping, my smokeping.fcgi looks like this:
