No, all three hosts in that sample are using the same instance of the probe. You would need to create multiple instances of the DNS probe and assign them to the hosts for the concurrent processes option to have any effect. See the smokeping_examples page, example #3.

Hi,

I have a question on the following setup and wasn't sure if I
understand the concurrent process feature within Smokeping. Using the
following as an example, would this indicate there are 3 separate
concurrent processes running where if the probe fails on "Mywebsite",
the DNS probe will continue running for "Citrix" and "Mail"?

+ DNS
probe = DNS
menu = DNS
title = DNS
alerts = bigloss,rttdetect

++Mywebsite
menu = Mywebsite.com
title = Mywebsite.com
host = Mywebsite.com
server = 76.76.76.76

++Citrix
menu = Citrix
title = Citrix
host = Citrix.mycitrix.com
server = 75.75.75.75
#Using Comcast DNS Server

++Mail
menu = Webmail
title = Webmail
host = webmail.mymail.com
server = 4.2.2.2
#Using Level3 DNS Server
