How do I send an SMS from an external app by hitting a URL that
SMSServer responds to? I see I can configure a URL that SMSServer will
hit once it sends a message. I see I can send a message by writing to
a db, write an XML file, etc. but I'd rather just hit a URL from the
external app. What's that URL? Is there one?!
