How I can map /dev/ttyUSB0 to "serial-like" device ?

 I have added /dev/ttyUSB0 to javax.comm.properties ..


is this step necessary ?

At this point, we are almost finished.  We just need to create the
properties file that the Comm API will use to load the drivers (.so
