This miss send out SMS using xml not happen very often... In a few transaction ( Let's said 10 times X 6 X 1 ), it will miss out 1 SMS only...
I not really prefer to use the DB interface because it need to install a huge MYSQL for a small application (SMSLib) used only. But I will try on the DB interface.
